The edge of the book, when compressed and viewed from the side,
reveals a complete figure of a naked man with his arms raised—an opening gesture that echoes the content inside.
The title page introduces the theme: vaulting (the jump box).
Across the pages, the naked man changes only slightly from one spread to the next.
If used day by day, each two-page spread shows only minimal differences—so subtle that they may seem almost identical at first glance.
However, when flipped quickly, the figure comes to life: he runs forward, leaps over the vaulting box, and lands perfectly.
This short, seconds-long animation is created through 108 sequential images.
This mirrors everyday life—repeating similar actions day after day,
it may feel unchanged. Yet when you pause and look back, you realize that small daily progress has quietly accumulated into meaningful results.
